We're growing fast and looking for a Sales Executive who's driven, outgoing, and passionate about building relationships. You'll be the face of AIRA on the ground — bringing our products to stores, events, and venues across Malaysia.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify and approach new business opportunities across retail, convenience stores, cafes, gyms, hotels, and event spaces.

Pitch AIRA Water to potential clients and negotiate contracts or product placements.

Maintain a pipeline of potential leads and follow up consistently to close deals.

  1. Account Management

Build and nurture longterm relationships with distributors, partners, and retail outlets.

Ensure consistent stock levels and manage product reorders efficiently.

Serve as the key contact point for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and feedback.

  1. Merchandising & Brand Visibility

Ensure AIRA Water products are welldisplayed and visible at all partner outlets.

Plan and execute instore promotions, sampling activities, and event sponsorships to boost brand awareness.

Collect visual and sales data to monitor visibility and product movement.

  1. Market Insights & Reporting

Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market conditions.

Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.

Work closely with the marketing team to align promotions with current campaigns.

  1. Event & Partnership Support

Represent AIRA Water at events, popups, and collaborations to promote the brand.

Build partnerships with lifestyle brands, fitness studios, and event organizers for cobranding opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (FMCG or beverage industry preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Selfmotivated, organized, and targetdriven.

Comfortable working independently and meeting clients onsite.

Own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley.

Passionate about lifestyle, wellness, and brand culture.
