Are you someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting new business opportunities, and making things happen? We're looking for a proactive and people-savvy individual to join our Business Development team

What you'll be doing:

  • Connect with potential clients and introduce them to what we offer.
  • Organize and attend marketing events like exhibitions and roadshows.
  • Build strong networks and maintain great relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer visits, prepare proposals, and manage RFQs.
  • Keep things moving with regular reporting and updates.
  • Support ad-hoc projects like market analysis and content updates.

What we're looking for:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or a related field.
  • Around 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Bonus if you know about product costing or automotive manufacturing.
  • Great communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Someone who's confident, well-presented, and loves meeting people.
