Responsibilities:

  • Lead and conduct comprehensive risk-based audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas with greater complexity and scope.
  • Evaluate and strengthen internal controls, proactively identifying risks and recommending robust improvements to mitigate potential issues.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of financial data and operational processes to identify irregularities, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
  • Prepare detailed, well-structured audit reports, presenting findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance frameworks, company policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corporate risk management initiatives and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior audit staff to enhance team performance and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of progressive experience in external or internal auditing, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Proven expertise in risk assessment, control evaluation, and audit execution for complex organizational environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including project management and team supervision.
  • Solid understanding of corporate governance, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks applicable to the industry.
  • Proficient in SAP software and Microsoft Office applications.
