Job Summary:

The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and securing the company's CRM system and Facebook business tools. This role ensures smooth daily operation of CRM databases, integration with marketing platforms, and the technical management of Facebook Pages, Ads, and communication tools. The specialist will also provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and help improve digital workflows for marketing and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Management
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the company's CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and regular database updates.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
  • Integrate CRM with other systems (e.g., website forms, social media, email tools).
  • Generate and automate reports for sales, marketing, and management teams.
  • Support staff with training and technical issues related to CRM usage.
  • Facebook System Management
  • Manage the company's Facebook Business Manager, Pages, and Ad Accounts.
  • Support marketing team with campaign setup, tracking, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure secure access control, manage user roles and permissions.
  • Monitor system updates, privacy policies, and technical issues on the Facebook platform.
  • Integrate Facebook tools (e.g., Lead Ads, Meta Pixel, API connections) with CRM and website.
  • General IT Support
  • Troubleshoot system issues related to CRM and social media integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on new features, updates, and best practices for CRM and Facebook systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of data management, system integration, and user administration.
  • Experience with Facebook Business Suite / Meta Business Manager.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, web tracking (Meta Pixel), and digital marketing workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple systems simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, lead management, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, SQL, or data visualization tools.
