About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Boutique Assistant to join our dynamic team at AYN MODISTE ENTERPRISE'. This full-time role will be based in our flagship store located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre. As a Boutique Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional in-store customer service and contributing to the success of our growing fashion retail business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  2. Maintaining a visually appealing and well-organised store environment
  3. Assisting with inventory management, including stock replenishment and display
  4. Processing sales transactions and handling cash
  5. Contributing to the implementation of marketing and promotional activities
  6. Actively participating in team meetings and collaborating with colleagues
  7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold brand standards
