About the Job

The Deburring Team Lead oversees daily production activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. The role includes supervising team performance, managing schedules, enforcing process compliance, and maintaining safety and skills training. You will also handle tool upkeep, monitor material usage, maintain production records, and support continuous improvement while ensuring a clean and organized 5S work environment.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the daily production management of the deburring team, formulate production plans and organize their implementation to ensure the timely completion of deburring tasks.​

  • Supervise employees to operate in strict accordance with deburring process requirements and operating procedures to ensure that deburring quality meets standards.​

  • Responsible for the attendance, scheduling and performance appraisal of team members, and strengthening employees' safety education and skill training.​

  • Manage deburring tools and equipment, do a good job in daily maintenance, and ensure that tools and equipment are in good condition and available.​

  • Control material consumption in the deburring process, do a good job in production records and data statistics, analyze problems in the production process and put forward improvement measures.​

  • Keep the production site of the team clean and orderly, do a good job in 5S management, and create a good production environment.​

Skills and Qualification

  • High school education or above, those with mechanical-related knowledge are preferred.​

  • More than 3 years of deburring work experience and 2 years of team management experience, familiar with deburring processes and operation met

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
