Job Description – Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Title: Manager - Sales Marketing (Open for Discussion)

Experience Required: 5–15 Years (Instrumentation/Technical / Industrial Sales)

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Manager -Marketing & Sales with experience in technical industrial sales. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/solutions in Malaysia, managing customer relationships, and supporting business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the Instrumentation or industrial sector.
  • Achieve sales targets through direct client engagement.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal technical / Calibration teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
  • Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and promotional activities in the region.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering,
  • 5–15 years of proven experience in technical industrial sales (preferably in Instrumentation, machinery, equipment, or automation industries).
  • Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain industrial products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sales responsibilities in Malaysia.
  • Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings and business development.
  • Local Language – English & Bahasa Malaysia

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6, RM12,000.00 per month
