About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at CS Progyms Pharmaceutical Sdn Bhd in Rawang, Selangor. This full-time role is responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base in the nutraceutical industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
  2. Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to acquire new clients
  3. Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
  4. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  5. Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and operations teams
  6. Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
  7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of successful new business development experience, preferably in the nutraceutical industry
  2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  5. Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
