We are an expanding company in the
scaffolding and building materials industry
, opening a new branch in Penang to serve our northern region clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual target.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales for scaffolding and building materials in Penang and the northern region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and construction companies.
  • Manage delivery schedules and coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor stock levels, market trends, and competitors.
  • Handle quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups with clients.
  • Work closely with Johor HQ for pricing, supply, and strategy alignment.

Qualifications

  • At least SPM or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in
    building materials / scaffolding / construction sales
    .
  • Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
  • Good communication skills;
    able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients is an advantage.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within northern Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently.
