JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To register provider claims for inpatient, post follow up and outpatient specialist
  • To attend and acknowledge provider's feedback promptly and effectively
  • To provide and prepare reports
  • To handle claims documentation scanning and shared folder management
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior
  • Recruit hospital and clinics as a panel
  • To establish new providers and to build presence in emerging markets within the region
  • To re-look at current services agreement and provide recommendations on addendums/rework of said agreement
  • Provide training of the Web Portal during installation to all healthcare providers
  • Build, foster and maintain a close working relationship with the panel of hospitals, i.e administrative staff & doctor
  • To resolve complaints by hospitals, agents and policyholders
  • Updating and submission of report as required by management within the agreed service standards

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Preferably experience in dealing with medical providers, doctors, and hospital management.
  • Working experience in TPA, insurance or healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in BM & English.
