Key Responsibilities
  • Drive B2B sales by approaching and securing partnerships with gyms, supplement shops, fitness centres, health retailers, and sports outlets.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, retail managers, coaches and gym operators.
  • Pitch and present OnTheGo product line (Protein, Seasonings, etc.) professionally.
  • Ensure proper product placement (racks, shelves, counters) at all partner locations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Conduct site visits, product sampling sessions, and offline activation events.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates for management.
  • Identify new opportunities and provide feedback for market expansion.
  • Ensure merchandising quality and brand visibility at partner stores.
  • Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and delivery coordination (with our warehouse team).
  • Must be familiar with CRM platforms for lead management and sales tracking.
  • Strong CRM experience required capable of maintaining structured pipelines, follow-ups, and data-driven sales reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Business Development, or FMCG.
  • Experience in fitness/supplement industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in BM & English.
  • Confident, bold, and highly motivated.
  • Must have own transport.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Passionate about fitness or nutrition is a plus.
