  • Process sales order via phone, email, messaging platforms, and fax, ensuring accuracy and prompt execution.

  • Handle customer requests / enquiries to ensure customer satisfactions.

  • Collaborate closely with production team to coordinate good delivery and commercial documentation.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate delivery order and invoice.

  • Develop and maintain systematic filing system to organize sales reports and relevant documentation.

  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with both existing and potential customers to ensure future sales.

  • Address customer complaints effectively and provide after-sales support as needed.

  • Provide support on delivery schedules and sales reports.

  • To be assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
