We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Executive to support daily operational activities and ensure smooth coordination across the production site in Angola. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating manpower, materials, and daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
  • Monitor production processes and provide support to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met.
  • Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and basic Kaizen activities.
  • Prepare and update daily operational reports, production data, and documentation as required.
  • Work closely with the Production Manager and team to resolve operational issues and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Liaise with internal departments and subcontractors to support operational needs.

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or production support roles.
  • Basic understanding of production processes, quality requirements, and continuous improvement concepts.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Willing and able to work and be based in Angola.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
