Role Overview

We are seeking a
Sales Engineer
to support and strengthen our growing sales team. This hybrid role is based in
Cyberjaya
, with flexibility to work remotely when required.

You will act as a key link between
customers, sales, and technical teams
, translating complex technical solutions into clear, value-driven propositions while ensuring strong client engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and explain AIREI's technical solutions to customers in a clear and compelling manner
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including technical clarifications and solution demonstrations
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support when required
  • Work closely with internal engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer requirements
  • Assist in identifying customer needs and tailoring solutions to address specific operational challenges
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and long-term client satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong interest or experience in
    Sales Engineering
    , bridging technical solutions with business needs
  • Good understanding of
    sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
  • Excellent
    communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to provide
    technical support
    for software platforms with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Knowledge of the
    palm oil or commodity industry
    is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
    is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
