About the role

Expression Design and Contract Sdn Bhd is seeking passionate and driven Independent Curtain Dealers to join our sales team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Independent Curtain Dealer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium curtain products to residential and commercial clients in the local area. This is a full-time position with opportunities for commission-based earnings and career progression.

What you'll be doing

  1. Actively prospecting and building a portfolio of new clients through networking, cold-calling, and digital marketing efforts
  2. Conducting in-person consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend the best curtain solutions
  3. Preparing and presenting detailed proposals and quotations to clients
  4. Closing sales and ensuring timely order fulfilment and delivery
  5. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and generating repeat business
  6. Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the home furnishings or interior design industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a competitive yet consultative approach
  4. Keen eye for design and the ability to recommend products that match the client's style and requirements
  5. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales and marketing techniques
  6. Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently to achieve sales targets
