  1. Chair key meetings (Client-Consultant, Site Progress Meetings).
  2. Prepare and distribute Minutes of Meeting (MoM), ensuring they are reviewed by the Consultant Team before issuance.
  3. Facilitate all communication: Send invitations, schedule meetings (online/offline), and act as a central communication hub between Client, Consultants, and Contractor.

  4. Track and monitor the status of all project documents, including:

  5. Requests for Information (RFIs)

  6. Shop Drawings, Mock-ups, and Samples
  7. Site Instructions (SI), Architect's Instructions (AI), etc.
  8. Authority Approvals (CPC, CCC)
  9. Use the Progress Report as the primary tool to monitor the status of all submittals, approvals, and issues.
  10. Assist in drafting formal instructions and non-compliance memos for the Consultant Team to issue.
  11. Act as the key point of contact for the Client's requests and change orders, coordinating with the relevant consultants to provide recommendations.
  12. Coordinate joint site inspections and walk-throughs with the Consultant Team and Contractor.
  13. Liaise between the Consultant Team and the Contractor to resolve site issues, propose solutions, and ensure instructions are issued to proceed with work.
  14. Review the Contractor's Progress Reports and assist in highlighting delays, risks, and issues to the Client and Consultant Team.
  15. Monitor on-site progress and quality, ensuring the Contractor submits necessary mitigation plans for any delays.
  16. Track the defect list during the Defect Liability Period and monitor its closure.
  17. Assist the Consultant Team during the project handover phases (CPC, CCC, and Defect Liability Period).
  18. Monitor the status of authority submissions, approvals, and site readiness.
  19. Support the Document Controller in maintaining a clear record of all project documentation.
  20. Undertake outstation or on-site assignments as required by the project scope.
  21. Perform any other duties as assigned to ensure successful and timely project completion.
