本职位将负责 电子钱包 / 数码支付平台(e-Wallet / Payment Platform)项目。

工作职责 Job Scope :

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via omnichannel.

    通过call, chat & email 回应客户咨询
  2. Resolve customer issues and provide accurate product or service information.

    解决客户问题,并提供 准确的产品或服务信息
  3. Record customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

    记录客户反馈,必要时将复杂问题 升级至相关团队
  4. Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved cases.

    准确记录客户互动内容并跟进未解决的案例

要求 Requirements:

  • 至少 6 个月客户服务经验者优先

    Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • 中英文流利,主要服务 SG 市场

    Fluent in Chinese & English, primarily serving the Singapore market
  • 可接受轮班安排

    Able to work in shifts
