About the role

This is a full-time CS Chat Support role based in KL. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat and email channels, assisting customers with a variety of queries and requests.

What you'll be doing

  • 通过在线聊天与电邮及时、专业地回应客户的咨询与请求,提供准确的信息与指导,协助客户解决各类问题。

    Respond to customer inquiries and requests through live chat and email in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and guidance to help resolve various issues.
  • 在需要时将复杂的问题升级至相关团队成员处理,并确保问题顺利跟进。

    Escalate complex queries to the appropriate team members when necessary, ensuring proper follow-up.
  • 维护并更新客户互动记录,确保资料完整、准确,以便持续追踪与分析。

    Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions for tracking and analysis.
  • 为客服流程及标准操作程序(SOP)的持续优化与提升做出贡献。

    Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
