Regional Sales Manager (Southern) - FMCG - Based in Melaka

Job Responsibilities

  • Spearheading domestic sales and marketing effort to achieve management objective.
  • Developing domestic business and market through distribution and trade promotion.
  • Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
  • Planning and formulating sales strategy and promotion activity.
  • Analyzing market activity to reform sales strategy.
  • Negotiating with trade partner for favorable trading conditions and terms.
  • Control and maintaining promotion fund spending based on budget.
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver the desire result and quality service to customers.
  • Communicate and guide team members to achieve Top Managements direction and objective.
  • Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
  • Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products.
  • Attending to domestic sales and marketing issues and problems.
  • Meeting with sales managers to assess company performance.
  • Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.

Job requirements

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
  • Capacity to manage various projects and work on tight deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
