The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the financial and related operations aspects of the sales and marketing of our fintech solutions under various brandings.  The job responsibilities include but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Recording and reporting of financial transactions by products branding

Timely issuance of invoices, recording of revenue and monitoring collections, and ensure these are in accordance with contractual terms and respective brandings.

Review proposed sales and marketing contracts prior to execution

Ensure all expenses and disbursements are authorized and for proper purposes

Monthly reporting on performance with key statistical analysis (e.g. cashflow, GP, AR/AP, expenses, etc.)

Timely registration and renewal of IP rights (e.g. branding, IP, etc.)

Any other incidental and ancillary duties and roles related to the role and position.

Qualifications/Experience

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related field preferred.  Finalists are also welcomed to apply provided with relevant experience

years experience in auditing, financial management, accounting or similar roles.  Work experience in Fintech, Service and IT Software orientated industry is a plus.

Skills

·       Microsoft Excel, Word (Advance/Intermediate level) and knowledge in fundamentals of Accounting Software.

·       Strong analytical, detailed, and meticulous with sound accounting knowledge/framework on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

·       Ability to manage multiple and prioritize tasks efficiently

·       High attention to details and strong problem-solving skills·

. Teamwork, able to work under pressure, fast learner and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

·       Proficient in Written and Spoken English

·       Prefer Malaysian nationals.

·       Candidate may be required to travel overseas to meet with Project Teams to understand their businesses or resolve issues as necessary.
