Overview:

As an Senior IT Executive, you will be responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of hardware and software systems, POS management, CCTV management, and providing technical support to employees. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment, ideally within the retail / food and beverages industry.

Job Duties:

  1. Oversee the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including point-of-sales (POS) systems, inventory management, and ERP systems\
  2. Ensure high availability and reliability of critical systems and applications, minimizing downtime and disruptions in operations
  3. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for network related issues
  4. Document network configurations and changes ad maintain network diagrams and documentations
  5. Set up email accounts for employees as needed and provide technical support for computers and related hardware
  6. Monitor and support the IT infrastructure and connectivity of WAN / LAN / Network
  7. Organize internet, network and POS system installation for new stores and act as a liaison with vendors to address the issues
  8. Ensuring all CCTV cameras, recording devices, and network components are functioning properly

Role Requirements

  1. Advanced Diploma / Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  2. Approximately 5 years of working experience in IT support, preferably within the retail / food and beverages industry
  3. Strong technical skills, including hardware and software configuration, network troubleshooting, and system integration
  4. Experience with POS system, and CCTV systems
  5. Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, WLAN)
  6. Enterprise level products include but are not limited to: Aruba Network, Fortinet and Ruckus Wireless
  7. Flexibility to travel to the outlet for any IT related concerns.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritities
  9. Willingness to work on weekends based on a rotation schedule
  10. Experience supporting multiple outlets will be added advantage
