Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Kuching, Sarawak


Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales team and strengthen our brand presence in the furniture industry. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills, marketing creativity, and business acumen to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.


Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand market share.
  2. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent performance and outstanding customer service.
  3. Plan and manage promotional campaigns, roadshows, digital marketing, and showroom events to boost brand visibility.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
  5. Conduct market research to analyze competitor trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
  6. Collaborate with management on product positioning, pricing, and advertising strategies.
  7. Monitor sales performance, prepare monthly reports, and recommend action plans to improve results.
  8. Oversee marketing materials, social media content, and advertisements to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  9. Coordinate with warehouse and delivery departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely customer delivery.
  10. Manage the marketing budget efficiently and ensure all campaigns deliver measurable results.
  11. Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and community events to enhance brand reputation.
  12. Continuously identify new business opportunities and propose initiatives for company growth.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in furniture, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and local market behavior.
  • Goal-oriented, creative, and able to work under pressure.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary.
