Inside Sales Executive

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual who is committed to lowering carbon emissions in buildings through smart energy management. Our EnX Sustainability Suite is an AI-powered Enterprise IoT platform that combines sensor data with intelligent automation to:
- Conduct energy tracking
- Optimise HVAC, lighting, and plug load usage
- Oversee air quality, occupancy, water quality, and data centre systems
Our clients have attained up to 40% reduction in energy consumption using our solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Discover and assess potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, social platforms, and additional channels.
Sales Presentations: Deliver demonstrations and product pitches to prospects, highlighting key features and value.
Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong ties with decision-makers and stakeholders.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline via CRM tools, ensuring accurate and prompt updates.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate agreements, secure deals, and achieve or surpass sales goals.
Customer Support: Offer post-sales assistance to ensure client satisfaction and encourage renewals.
Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to enhance positioning.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of Inside Sales experience (handling both inbound and outbound activities), preferably in building systems or enterprise software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; tech-savvy, proactive, organized, and attentive to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
