Head of Business Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead formulation of corporate business plans and strategic initiatives by driving the analysis of the business performance, evaluation of strengths and weaknesses, impact of industry trends, consumer behavior, market forces, and landscape competitiveness to identify new growth opportunities (both organic and inorganic) and establish business cases for recommended strategic initiatives.

• Lead the integration of the strategic objectives and activities of the Company business to achieve overarching organizational and programmatic goals in the near, mid and long term, ensuring an integrated strategic planning process to facilitate the achievement of strategic outcomes.

• Drive the development of corporate performance scorecards, key performance metrics, and dashboards in alignment with strategic objectives, including monitoring and review of performance indicators to enable continuous improvement of the business's overall performance.

• Plan and formulate strategy projects to support organizational goals covering new business segments, business growth, business turnaround and mergers and acquisitions. This includes supporting the execution of strategic projects across the business subsidiaries enabling concerted efforts in the execution of organizational strategy.

• Conduct site visits and business trips to assess new business opportunities and trends.

• Enhance the relationship with the existing contact base of industrial players, eco-system players, business owners, potential investors and strategic partners and develop good networking and capture new business opportunities to develop business and investment projects presently owned by the Company.

•  Formulate and deliver robust business plans on projects, property management and land sales and seek business opportunities for the Company

• Strong and close collaboration with various parties within the Group of Companies to assist in developing an ongoing Business Plan with effective Sales and Marketing strategies for Business Development in accordance with the Stakeholders /Management directives/objectives.

• Deliver Preliminary Business Concept Development/ Analysis and Feasibility Studies.

•  Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain.

• Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients and stakeholders.

• Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.

• Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.

• Think strategically - see the bigger picture and set aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.

• Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.

• Give necessary advice to the related stakeholders for improving the way the business operates.

• Carry out business forecasts and analysis and present the findings to senior management/ the board of directors.

• Develop good relationships with customers /clients /stakeholders

• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

• Prepare proposals/reports/presentations for the Company's decision-making

• Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree : Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate, Property Management or related field.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in property development or related roles.

• Strong in client engagement, market research, proposal preparation, and driving business growth through partnerships and strategic leads.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data management tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
