Daily Task:

  • Check and record daily bank balances; monitor incoming payments from customers, partners, and banks.
  • Issue invoices and prepare billings to customers and clients.
  • Verify project costs, review supplier invoices, and compare actual project costs against estimates.
  • Process staff claims accurately and on time.
  • Check and respond to company emails promptly.
  • Prepare the monthly payment listing for management review.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in AutoCount software is an advantage (especially for data entry and bookkeeping).
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and support both administrative and accounting tasks.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required.
