Job Requirements


• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.


• At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, technical administration, or related field.


• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Job Responsibility


• Coordinate and support the daily operations within the Technical Department.


• Assist engineers with project planning, execution and reporting.


• Prepare, review and maintain project documents, reports and records for accuracy and completeness.


• Perform accurate data entry into relevant systems (ERP/MRP/Excel).


• Follow up with suppliers and other departments on project-related matters, including pending deliveries and outstanding tasks.


• Monitor project timelines, highlight potential delays and escalate issues when necessary.


• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and technical submission reports.


• Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying and managing correspondence, including emails and memos.


• Perform daily checks on departmental attendance, leave applications, duty rosters and other HRMS-related activities.


• Ensure all documentation required by IATF, ISO, and other compliance standards is properly maintained and updated.


• Assist in issuing and receiving job orders or production documents.


• Support purchasing activities, including requisitions, follow-up and filing of delivery orders (DOs), invoices and related documents.


• Liaise with other departments (e.g., Marketing, QA, Production, Purchasing) for smooth administrative coordination.


• Support basic measurement, data collection, and monitoring tasks (where applicable).


• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
