Unimech Engineering (M) Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Unimech Group Berhad which is a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia. As an integrated supplier of valves, fittings and instrumentation solutions, we serve a broad spectrum of industries through our network of member companies located across Malaysia, Singapore, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia and Vietnam.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team in our set up at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Formulating effective strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
  • Business Development: Actively participating in sales activities to acquire new customers and expand market share.
  • Technical Support & Relationship Management: Providing technical advice and support to customers, while maintaining strong and professional relationships with both new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Must be resident of Sabah.
  • Candidates with experience in the valves industry will be prioritized.
  • Proven experience in sales and the engineering sector.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with sales tools and relevant software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent oral and written communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Malaysian citizenship is required.
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation and overseas as needed.
