About the Role

We are seeking a Process Specialist to join our Marketing Communications (MarCom) team. This role focuses on enhancing workflow efficiency, documentation, and process optimization within the marketing communications function. You will play a key role in ensuring all marketing activities, assets, and campaigns are well-coordinated, compliant with brand standards, and executed on time across multiple departments and regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows for marketing communication activities.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, creative requests, and content approval processes to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
  • Manage digital asset libraries and ensure proper version control, categorization, and accessibility for marketing materials.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, project status, and process efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, HR, Operations, and external vendors to align project goals.
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, internal communication programs, and promotional campaigns.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance communication flow, productivity, and data accuracy.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with company brand, legal, and corporate communication guidelines.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the MarCom Manager for project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, process improvement, or communications project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience managing workflows, timelines, and approvals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as project management systems, DAM platforms, or CMS tools is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Power BI or data dashboards is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with global teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
