General Administration:

  • Supervise and assist in general office administration tasks including office maintenance, supplies procurement, and asset management.
  • Supervise and guide junior administrative staff as needed.
  • Assist in budgeting and expenses tracking for administrative matters.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and reorder as needed.
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permits, and compliance-related documentation, including project and etc.

Exhibition & Event Coordination:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics for company exhibitions, trade shows, and events.
  • Liaise with marketing, sales, and external vendors for booth setup, promotional materials, and registration.
  • Handle vendor and contractor communications related to exhibition setup.
  • Manage travel arrangements, schedules, and necessary documents for team participation in exhibitions.
  • Ensure timely shipment and return of exhibition materials and samples.
  • Ensure budget control and timely reporting of event outcomes and expenses.

Foreign Workers Accommodation & Welfare:

  • Coordinate and manage accommodation arrangements for foreign workers, including hostels or rented premises.
  • Ensure compliance with government and company regulations on foreign worker housing.
  • Handle complaints, inspections, and improvements related to foreign worker welfare.
  • Support documentation needs for immigration, insurance, or other related matters.
  • Coordinate with hotel vendors, and HR to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
  • Act as the contact point for any issues or emergencies concerning foreign worker lodging.
  • Support logistics for new arrival workers (airport transfer, accommodation readiness)

Company Events

  • Plan, organize, and execute internal and external company events (e.g., staff appreciation day, annual dinners, CSR events).
  • Coordinate with vendors, caterers, venues, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare event proposals, budgets, and post-event reports.
  • Ensure smooth event operations and compliance with company branding and policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
