We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented full-time Administrative Assistant who understand JKKP, MyKKP & MySKUD to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support e.g. MyKKP, MySKUD, quotations, documentation, reports and correspondence
- Maintain organized filing systems and updating various records and databases
- Support procurement documentation, data entry, and tracking of project materials
- Perform general office duties and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- High attention to detail, organized, and capable of multitasking
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
