JOB SUMMARY

As an EA Renewal Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of specialists to drive the end-to-end renewal process for Enterprise Agreements (EA) across the APAC region.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Oversee and manage a team of specialists to drive the end-to-end renewal process for Enterprise Agreements (EA) across the APAC region.

· Manage relationships with existing enterprise customers, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.

· Focus on Top Unmanaged Accounts — high-potential customers without assigned account managers — to identify and unlock new revenue opportunities through proactive engagement.

· Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives during the renewal cycle to maximize account growth.

· Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key enterprise customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

· Collaborate with internal teams to streamline renewal operations, enhance customer experience, and improve renewal rates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's degree preferred.

· Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within enterprise or cloud solution environments.

· Demonstrated success in EA renewals, account management, or inside sales roles.

· Strong ability to engage and reactivate unmanaged or dormant accounts, converting them into new revenue opportunities.

· Familiarity with Microsoft cloud products such as Azure, Microsoft 365, or Dynamics 365 is preferred.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills.

· High degree of ownership, self-motivation, and a strong passion for driving customer success.
