Job summary:

Drives Talent Acquisition in bringing the company as the Top Employer of Choice.

Job responsibility:

  • Execute the full spectrum of the talent acquisition activities and deliverables, including engaging with internal stakeholders and external parties.
  • Interface with HRBPs and the business to ensure talent acquisition is in alignment with the strategic workplace plan.
  • Develop, deploy and manage employer branding, ensuring that we progress towards being the employer of choice in insurance industry.
  • Build network of potential candidates, including partnership with other organization and communities.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month

  • Recruitment / Talent Acquisition: 6 years (Preferred)
