Responsibilities

  • Proactively map organizations and markets to identify the best talents and generate strong market knowledge and intelligence
  • Build innovative and market leading candidate sourcing plans to attract the best talent to the company
  • Provide quality, customized and diverse long-lists and shortlists for open roles and pipelines / projects
  • Drive exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer ensuring robust communication at each stage
  • Generate powerful data-driven insights to present to the business and hiring teams to lead consultation and outstanding hiring outcomes

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years talent acquisition experience (e.g. headhunting, recruiting, talent sourcing, etc.), or industry experience related to the role
  • Significant experience of direct sourcing strategies and proactive market mapping through online and interactive methods
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Data curious with experience using data and insights to consult and tell the full story
  • Strong business acumen to be able to comprehend business needs and structure
  • Proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean is a plus
