We're Hiring: Regional Talent Sourcer(s) | Based near Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur

Are you passionate about connecting great talent with exciting opportunities across the region?

Join our growing Regional Sourcing Team and play a key role in building pipelines and driving recruitment campaigns for Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, and Sales positions across the globe

What You'll Do:

Source, engage, and qualify candidates across multiple countries.

Map regional talent markets and build proactive talent pools.

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support ongoing hiring plans.

Run creative sourcing and branding campaigns to attract top talent.

What We're Looking For:

3 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing (agency or in-house or BPO).

Familiar with LinkedIn RPS, job portals, and sourcing tools.

Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin or any Foreign Language is a plus).

A curious mind, great teamwork, and passion for people.
