Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinator internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Liaise with department heads and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and execution of directives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Provide administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.
  • Site visit is required for the position to support CEO in field operations, inspections, and coordination with operational teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. (Background and experience in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance is an advantage.)
  • Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leadership is an advantage.
  • Experience in agribusiness or poultry industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness and ability to conduct site visits as part of the role.
