Our client is a private wealth management and asset management firm.

About The Role
They are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to CEO to join them. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage CEO's schedule, appointments, travel, meetings, and confidential matters with professionalism.
  • Oversee property matters, liaise with agents, vendors, contractors, and handle vehicle fleet management.
  • Support daily office operations, HR-related tasks, and handle CEO's bills, claims, and office upkeep.
  • Prepare documents, meeting minutes, presentations, and coordinate internal/external events and business functions.
  • Handle special assignments, basic bookkeeping, and multitask effectively with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

About The Team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the CEO, working closely with another Senior PA.

Skills & Experience Required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
