Assistant to CEO cum Admin

Key Responsibilities
A) Executive Support
- Manage CEO's daily schedule, calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize meetings.
- Manage personal tasks and ad-hoc requests for the CEO as needed.
B) Administrative & Office Management
- Oversee general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in coordinating maintenance, facility-related requests, and office service providers.
- Assist logistics for company events, meetings, training sessions, and corporate functions.
- Ensure professional front-office operations (reception duties, visitor handling, calls).
C) Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business information and discussions.
- Support external communications such as meeting arrangements, documentation, and follow-ups.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum
2–5 years' experience
supporting senior management or in administrative roles. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office tools.
- Strong coordination, planning, and multitasking capabilities.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
