About the role

We are seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team at MONSTR INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD. in our Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for a wide range of human resource functions, contributing to the overall success and growth of our dynamic organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Provide expert guidance and support on all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and payroll administration.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  3. Collaborate with managers to identify and address staffing needs, facilitate the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
  4. Manage employee records, data, and documentation in a confidential and organized manner.
  5. Deliver effective training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
  6. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters and fostering a positive, engaging work environment.
  7. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improving employee engagement and retention.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG industry
  2. Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management principles
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in HR technology and software, including HRIS systems and data analysis tools
  5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
  6. Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development
