Group Human Resource Manager

Job description
Handle full spectrum of HR duties including payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and employee relations.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
- Monitor and oversee companies Human Resource Management policies such as Annual leave, Medical Benefits, Claims policies, Contract of Service and others which are related to HR.
- Responsible for employees' misconduct, investigations, disciplinary procedures and termination.
- Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures.
- Responsible in recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads, shortlisting of candidates, interview and selection.
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling.
- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Additional HR training will be a plus.
- Knowledge of payroll software. Especially, HR2000.
- Knowledge of Human Resource Management.
- Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
