About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Officer, Account Management to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment, and maintaining excellent relationships with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer orders across departments to ensure timely completion and delivery
  • Follow up on sales order fulfilment and update customers on order status and progress
  • Prepare, review, and manage quotations and related documentation
  • Liaise with existing and potential customers to strengthen business relationships
  • Prepare monthly sales reports and track project milestones and deliverables
  • Maintain and enhance long-term relationships with key customers

Requirement

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales administration — experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP System is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all level
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skill
  • Proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
