Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead all kitchen operations to ensure consistent quality and high standards.
- Design, develop, and innovate seasonal menus aligned with the brand's fine-dining positioning.
- Train, mentor, and inspire a team of professional kitchen staff to uphold service excellence.
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with international partners (Mandarin fluency required).
- Drive operational efficiency, food cost control, and overall kitchen profitability.
- Maintain hygiene and food-safety standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate closely with management on new culinary concepts and promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in luxury fine-dining establishments.
- Proven leadership and kitchen management experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English for supplier and partner coordination.
- Experience in Japanese or Asian fine-dining cuisine
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM8, RM12,000.00 per month
