We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead and manage our finance team, oversee financial operations, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will ensure financial health, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization while supporting strategic decision-making for expansion and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the finance team on finance, accounting, and tax compliance matters.
  • Analyze organizational operations, identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and system enhancements to support business growth and capital accumulation.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor budgetary plans and cost control measures.
  • Manage the company's financial risks and provide strategic financial advice to the Group Operation Director.
  • Prepare and manage full set of consolidated accounts.
  • Plan and execute financial deliverables in collaboration with management, ensuring timely and high-quality reporting.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to identify results, trends, and forecasts.
  • Present financial reports and insights to top management, stakeholders, and board members.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to the company's accounting systems to align with business needs.
  • Develop and implement finance policies and procedures, emphasizing strong internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and group policies.
  • Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare group cash flow analyses and determine funding requirements to support business operations and expansion.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; must be a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
  • Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA) preferred.
  • Proven experience in finance leadership, preferably within Interior Design, Construction, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for interacting with stakeholders and board members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM12, RM20,000.00 per month
