我们与马来西亚大学学院合作,为学生提供实战型的自媒体课程与项目。

现在,我们正在招募一位全职自媒体课程讲师,一起为马来西亚大学生打造有结果、有作品的自媒体实战课。

一、主要工作内容(Job Responsibilities)

1. 负责为大学生设计和讲授「自媒体 / 短视频 / 内容创作 / 宣传marketing」相关课程,包括但不限于:

* 个人IP / 账号定位(适合大学生的内容方向)

* 内容选题、脚本撰写、拍摄和基础剪辑

* TikTok、小红书、IG Reels、YouTube Shorts 等平台的运营逻辑

* 内容数据分析与账号优化

* 大学生可执行的变现路径(freelance、UGC、作品集、品牌合作等)

1. 根据课程大纲、教学计划、提供训练给学生

2. 带领学生在课程期间,从 0–1 搭建并运营至少一个真实账号,并给予作业点评与跟进。

3. 与公司团队一起复盘每一期课程,持续优化内容、教学方式和学员体验。

4. 视情况参与:

* 课程内容录制(录播课)

* 公开课 / 分享会 / 宣讲会(线上或线下)

* 公司自媒体账号的内容策划与拍摄(如需)

二、任职要求(Requirements)

必须条件:

1. 在自媒体 / 短视频 / 内容创作方面有实战经验:

* 亲自运营过账号,或参与过项目,有清晰的数据或成绩(粉丝数、播放量、转化、合作案例等);

1. 熟悉至少 1–2 个主流平台的玩法:

* 如 TikTok、小红书(RED)、Instagram、YouTube / YouTube Shorts、Facebook 等;

1. 具备良好的表达与沟通能力:

* 能用简单、系统的方式,把复杂的运营和创作逻辑讲给大学生听;

1. 语言要求:

* 能以华语授课;

* 能看懂/简单使用英文;

* 懂 Bahasa Melayu 为加分项;

1. 喜欢与大学生相处,对青年教育、自我成长有兴趣;

2. 在马来西亚合法工作身份(Malaysian / PR / valid work permit)。

加分条件:

* 有讲师、培训师、家教、直播教学或公开分享经验;

* 有教学课件(PPT)、课程大纲、线上课程经验;

* 有与大学 / 学院 / 学生社团合作经历;

* 懂一些教育、培训运营流程更佳。

三、薪资与福利(Compensation & Benefits)

* 薪资范围:

* 月薪 RM3500 – RM5000(视经验与能力而定)

* 工作时间:

* 周一至周五 9:00–18:00;

* 部分课程可能安排在周末,将提供调休或相应补偿。

Title:

【Full-time】Social Media Course Instructor (Social Media Trainer)

Company Introduction

We are a training organisation based in Johor Bahru / Kuala Lumpur, focusing on youth development and career education as well as social media and brand content.

We collaborate with universities and colleges across Malaysia to provide students with practical, hands-on social media courses and projects.

We are now recruiting a full-time Social Media Course Instructor to work with us in building a results-driven, portfolio-oriented social media programme for Malaysian university students.

1. Job Responsibilities

2. Design and deliver courses for university students on Social Media / Short Video / Content Creation / Marketing & Promotion, including but not limited to:

* Personal branding and account positioning (content directions suitable for students)

* Content ideation, script writing, shooting and basic video editing

* Platform operation logic for TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED), Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.

* Content performance analysis and account optimisation

* Practical monetisation paths for students (freelance, UGC, portfolio building, brand collaboration, etc.)

1. Conduct training for students according to the course syllabus and teaching plan.

2. Lead students to build and operate at least one real social media account from 0 to 1 during the course period, and provide assignment feedback and follow-up guidance.

3. Work with the internal team to review each batch of courses and continuously improve the content, teaching methods and student experience.

4. Where applicable, participate in:

* Course content recording (pre-recorded/recorded lessons)

* Public classes / sharing sessions / information sessions (online or offline)

* Content planning and shooting for the company's own social media accounts (if needed)

1. Requirements

Must-have:

1. Hands-on experience in social media / short videos / content creation:

* You have personally managed an account, or taken part in projects, with clear results or track record (followers, views, conversions, collaboration cases, etc.).

1. Familiar with the operation of at least 1–2 major platforms, such as:

* TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED), Instagram, YouTube / YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.

1. Strong presentation and communication skills:

* Able to explain complex social media and content strategies to university students in a simple and structured way.

1. Language requirements:

* Able to teach in Mandarin Chinese;

* Able to read and use basic English;

* Bahasa Melayu is a plus.

1. Enjoy working with university students and have a genuine interest in youth education and personal development.

2. Legally allowed to work in Malaysia (Malaysian / PR / valid work permit).

Nice-to-have:

* Experience as a lecturer, trainer, tutor, livestream host or public speaker;

* Experience developing teaching materials (PPT), course outlines, or online courses;

* Experience working with universities / colleges / student societies;

* Familiarity with education or training operations and processes is an added advantage.

* Salary range:

* Monthly salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000 (depending on experience and capability).

* Working hours:

* Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm;

* Some classes may be scheduled on weekends. Time off in lieu or equivalent compensation will be provided.
