Account Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to support our accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess a basic understanding of accounting principles, be able to handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and assist in preparing financial reports accurately and timely.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and payment transactions.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly closing activities.
- Support preparation of management reports and financial statements.
- Maintain accurate records and filing of accounting documents.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and shareholders when required.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and sense of responsibility.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking shareholders).
