Job Summary / 岗位概述

Acts as the primary liaison between HQ and overseas stores to ensure smooth communication, alignment of operational standards, system implementation, and daily support for overseas operations and training.

Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

  1. Communication & Coordination 沟通与协调

  2. Acts as main contact between HQ and overseas stores.

  3. Ensure communication is accurate and timely.

  4. Coordinate across departments.

  5. 作为总部与海外门店主要对接窗口;确保信息传达准确及时;协调跨部门资源。

  6. Operational Oversight 运营监督

  7. Ensure SOP, food safety and brand standards are followed.

  8. Collect operational data and propose improvements.

  9. Support promotions and new product launches.

  10. 跟进海外门店执行标准;提供营运改善建议;协助促销及新品上市。

  11. Reporting & Analysis 数据与报告

  12. Consolidate sales, inventory, wastage and manpower data.

  13. Prepare weekly/monthly operations reports.

  14. Track KPI.

  15. 数据收集与分析;提交周/月报;跟踪门店 KPI。

  16. Training & System Support 培训与系统支持

  17. Support training on operations, new products and systems.

  18. Coordinate POS/ERP/Inventory system readiness.

  19. Assist IT with troubleshooting.

  20. 协助海外员工培训;对接 POS/ERP 系统;跟进系统问题。

  21. New Store Opening Support 开店支持

  22. Assist in preparation for new overseas stores.

  23. Support soft opening and inspections.

  24. Participate in cross-border projects.

  25. 协助海外新店筹备;参与试营运及检查;执行跨国项目。

  26. Issue Resolution 问题处理

  27. Respond to operational, system or supply issues.

  28. Coordinate with relevant departments for solutions.

  29. Handle quality or customer incidents with operations team.

  30. 处理营运、供应链、系统问题;协调解决方案;协助食品品质或顾客事件。

Job Requirements / 任职要求

Education & Experience 学历与经验

  • Diploma/Degree in related field.

  • 1–3 years operations or coordination experience.

  • F&B/retail chain experience preferred.

  • 文凭/学位;1–3年营运经验;有餐饮零售经验优先。

Skills 技能

  • Strong communication & coordination skills.

  • Proficient in Office/Power BI/Business Central preferred.

  • Able to travel overseas when required.

  • 良好沟通能力;熟悉系统优先;能适应海外出差。
