Job Description

  • Supervise and monitor on-site engineering and construction work to ensure quality, compliance, and progress.
  • Coordinate effectively between contractors and client representatives to resolve any issues and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Perform join measurement with contractor and prepare site quality plan.
  • Perform minor design work in consultation with Head Office
  • Assign clerk of work / assistant resident engineer to supervise the site work.
  • Prepare and acknowledge inspection form with assistant resident engineer.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE) with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).

  • Minimum relevant working experience in construction supervision and project implementation:

  • 10 years for Sg. Muar project

  • 15 years for Sg. Johor project

  • 15 years for Sg. Langat, Selangor (for candidates if interested in this location)

  • Experience in flood mitigation, water-related projects, or similar infra works is highly preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities, clients and contractors.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in meeting project milestones and deadlines.
