Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

  • Promote medical equipment and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Represent the company at medical exhibitions, conferences, and training events.

Technical Support:

  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
  • Conduct user and technical training for medical professionals.
  • Perform equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Execute preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot equipment issues.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in both technical support and sales & marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to travel extensively; must possess own transport and valid driving license.
  • Independent, dependable, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Malaysian citizens or individuals with valid residence status.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
