About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and outgoing Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team at Actgen Industry Sdn Bhd at Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru. This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by providing technical expertise and customer support in electrical components, wiring products, and related solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the sales team by combining sales skills with engineering knowledge to meet company sales targets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and collection info
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales activities
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
  • Monitor and guide sales assistant performance
  • Required to possess electrical or electronic knowledge

What We're Looking For

  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Language : Mandarin is required to communicate with our internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Electrical, Engineering, Mechatronic, or relevant field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the electrical or industrial products sector
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits when required.
