We're Hiring: Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer (Location: Johor & Melaka)

Industrial Gases and Industrial Products

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to join our client's team in
both Johor and Melaka
. This role involves managing existing customers, developing new markets, and providing technical support to help clients improve their operations.

Job Responsibilities


• Grow sales within existing accounts


• Identify and develop new business opportunities


• Provide technical recommendations to support customer needs


• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers and handle enquiries


• Conduct product demonstrations together with the technical team


• Gather market and competitor information


• Support tender submissions and pricing proposals


• Monitor outstanding payments and assist with debt collection


• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements


• Good written and spoken English


• Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage


• Degree in engineering, science or business


• Minimum one year of B2B corporate sales experience


• Experience in the following areas is an advantage:

– Industrial or specialty gases

– Semiconductor or electronics customers

– Industrial equipment or technical products


• Good communication, negotiation and customer-facing skills


• Able to work independently and meet targets


• Willing to work in Johor or Melaka
