DXN is principally involved in the sales of health-oriented and wellness consumer products through a direct selling model. It operates a vertically integrated production facilities, right from research and development to cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution. DXN's other business activities that primarily serve to support their core business include conducting laboratory testing services for third parties, offering of lifestyle products, and operating cafe.

Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Executive Corporate Strategy and Strategic Communication with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at Cyberville.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for coordinating governance and compliance matters between the company, external regulatory agencies, and internal departments. This role ensures adherence to industrial regulations, statutory requirements, and corporate governance standards. The scope also includes engagement with other government agencies and management of global and local incentive programs.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities such as LHDN, Customs, MIDA, and SSM on matters related to regulatory compliance, tax incentives, and governance requirements.
  • Identify and explore potential tax incentive opportunities, prepare applications, secure approvals, and ensure compliance throughout the statutory period.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate efficient communication, documentation, and implementation of governance and compliance initiatives.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in government liaison, tax incentives management, corporate governance, or related administrative roles.
  • Prior experience liaising with regulatory bodies such as LHDN, Customs, MIDA, or SSM is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks, corporate reporting, or audit coordination will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Additional certification in Corporate Governance, Compliance, or Taxation is an advantage.
